Open Box Terms & Conditions
Open box items are previously-owned products that have been returned to MGI. All open box items have been tested and functioned normally. Due to the varying quality of products returned to MGI, MGI makes every attempt to supply the original accessories for Open Box products. However, regardless of what the product description says, items shipped may or may not contain non-essential accessories such as MicroSD Cards, Extra Watch Caps, Etc. MGI will not send you any missing accessories. Additionally, the product may exhibit cosmetic imperfections as a result of its having been previously opened such as surface scratches, dings or chips. Units may not come in original packaging and instead arrive in a sealed plastic bag.
Due to the limited inventory available on some items we cannot guarantee that inventory will be absolutely accurate. If an order is placed for an item that is out of inventory we will contact you and let you know.
Due to Open Box items being sold at a deep discount, MGI will not offer a lifetime warranty on Open Box items but will offer technical support. If an item arrives in non-working condition, it must be reported to MGI within 48 business hours to troubleshoot the device and set up an RMA to exchange the item for a working unit at MGI's discretion. All sales are final and no credits/returns will be authorized.
Dealers must disclose to their customers when they are selling Open Box items and the relevant terms above.
